Shipping Policy 
 
For Fort McMurray Customers
For Customers Outside of Fort McMurray
You can have your order delivered for FREE to your home.

Home delivery orders require a minimum of $20.00 purchase.
 
Deliveries are made are on certain dates during certain times – please refer to the calendar for availability.
 
You can pick up your order from Paws Up®.  Call to make arrangements to ensure availability.
 
Orders placed on the day of a scheduled delivery day will have to wait until the following delivery date or your order can be picked up at Paws Up®'s location.  To ensure to receive your order on a certain delivery day, place the order, at the latest, the day before the delivery day.
 
If a local customer wants Paws Up® to ship an order to another address outside Fort McMurray, shipping charges will be applied.
You will have your order shipped to you by regular mail via Canada Post.
 
Currently Paws Up® only ships within Canada.
Shipping costs will be calculated after your order is placed, and you will receive an email stating what the shipping cost for your order will be.
 
Packages will be dropped off to Canada Post within 1-4 business days from the time the order is changed to being processed.
 
You should receive your order within 5-15 business days.
 
All orders are issued a tracking number in which you can check the status yourself online or by calling Canada Post.
 
Orders that are $150 or more (before tax) will receive FREE regular shipping.  Oversized or heavy items (examples: beds, carriers, fountains, etc.) will receive a $10-$30 additional charge (depending on size and weight of oversized item).
 
Paws Up® has no control of the mailing system, so it is NOT Paws Up's fault for issues within the Postal Service.  Issues that can occur with the Postal Service are delays with transportation, packages not being scanned as it enters/leaves each postal facility, short of workers to handle the mail, postal strikes, etc.
 
Inform Paws Up® if you prefer a faster shipping method (X-press, FedEx, UPS).
 
If an order has been already mailed, you cannot cancel your order.  The return policy applies to your order.
 
Undeliverable packages that require reshipment at the customer's request are subject to a reshipment charge equivalent to the original shipping fees. This includes refusal of a package, unclaimed packages, or misinformation on the part of the customer. Should we be unable to reach the customer for resolution, a 25% restock charge will be apply and store refund will be issued for the balance. Shipping is non-refundable.

Return Policy

Returns for exchanges or refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase (or date of arrival if shipped) with receipt.  Any return items must be in its original condition (unused, unwashed, original packaging, with tags attached) in order to receive a refund or exchange.  No refunds or exchanges will be made until Paws Up deems the product in its original, unused condition.

Paws Up must be contacted before any returns are made.  If notification is not made, Paws Up will not accept the return.

Items that have been damaged by pets, humans, or improper use of product will not be returnable.

Shipping charges are not reimbursed.  Return shipping is at the cost of the customer.

Sale/clearance items, seasonal items (with the exception of costumes - they can be exchanged once for a different size of the same costume), beds and mats, foods and treats, carriers, grooming/spa products, car seats and covers, personalized items, custom made items are non-returnable (no exchanges or refunds).

Non-stocked items (as long as they are not listed as non-returnable) will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee if returned or exchanged.

Defective items can only be exchanged.  You must notify Paws Up within 48 hours of delivery if product is defective.
 
Apparel (including costumes) and footwear are allowed one sizing exchange.   Additional sizing exchanges will incur a 10% restocking fee.
 
If an order is being returned by mail to Paws Up, please ensure that it has a tracking number.  If Paws Up does not receive item and the package does not have a tracking number, there will be no refunds or exchanges.
